Filcolana Arwetta is a beautifully soft yet exceptionally durable fingering-weight yarn, made from 80% superwash merino wool and 20% nylon. Originally developed for long-lasting children’s knitwear, it has become a beloved classic for makers of all kinds.
This versatile yarn is perfect for socks, baby clothes, shawls, lightweight sweaters, and accessories. Its smooth, even twist gives your stitches excellent definition, while the merino wool adds softness and warmth. Arwetta also pairs wonderfully with mohair or other fibres to create custom textures and unique fabric effects.
