The ChiaoGoo SPIN interchangeable cables allow your needle tips to rotate freely while knitting, creating a smoother and more comfortable knitting experience. Made from transparent, flexible nylon, these lightweight cables provide excellent flexibility and help prevent unnecessary tension while working on circular knitting projects.
Simply connect the cable to compatible ChiaoGoo interchangeable needle tips to create a customised circular needle suited to your project. Each cable features tightening holes at both ends, which allow you to securely attach needle tips using the included T-shaped tightening key. The holes can also be used for adding a lifeline while knitting.
The SPIN system is designed for versatility and convenience, with cables available in multiple lengths and Small (S) and Large (L) screw sizes to suit different needle tip sizes.

Screw size guide:
MINI (M): Suitable for needle sizes 1.50–2.50 mm (5 cm, 8 cm, 10 cm and 13 cm tips)
Small (S): Suitable for needle sizes 2.75–5.00 mm (10 cm and 13 cm tips)
Large (L): Suitable for needle sizes 5.50–10.00 mm (10 cm and 13 cm tips)
Important: Always match the cable screw size with the screw size of your ChiaoGoo needle tips. MINI products are not compatible with standard Small (S) or Large (L) screw sizes. Please note that 10 cm and 13 cm MINI needle tips are too long for use with 13 cm and 15 cm MINI cables; a MINI cable connector can be used to extend the cable length. Adapters are available separately for connecting MINI, S and L screw-size products.
