DROPS Air is a soft, warm and exceptionally lightweight blow yarn made with alpaca and wool. Its innovative construction creates a lofty, airy texture that gives knitted garments plenty of warmth and volume without unnecessary weight.

Compared with conventional aran and worsted yarns, garments made with DROPS Air can be approximately 30–35% lighter. The combination of natural alpaca and wool fibres provides warmth, softness and elasticity, while the airy structure makes the finished fabric breathable and comfortable to wear directly against the skin.

Ideal for knitting and crochet projects such as sweaters, cardigans, scarves, hats and lightweight warm garments, DROPS Air works particularly well for textured stitches, cables and modern designs where you want softness and volume without heaviness.
